Central Elements of Writing Based in Bowen Theory 2021

$500.00

This online program is designed for individuals with a background in Bowen theory and experience in working toward differentiation of self who want to dedicate time to beginning or continuing writing projects. CSNSF seeks to further quality publications and presentations based on Bowen theory.

Three one-and-a-half-hour seminars will include presentations by Dr. Katie Long with ample time for discussion. Individual writing coaching sessions will be scheduled each month.

Central Elements of Writing Based on Bowen Theory will frame writing for publication in the context of relationships and opportunities for differentiation of self. It will address how to use writing for learning and how to organize and present content in ways that engage readers. The discussion will focus on how emotional reactivity can present obstacles to writers, editors, publishers, and readers. Resources and techniques for beginning and for experienced writers will be included. The first three seminars will include time for questions and discussion. The last two-hour session provides an opportunity for participants to present work for discussion.
